god have you seen the movie Venus Girls? I just watched it recently. It's specifically about Drag Kings, but it's really mostly about Female to Male transgender/crossdressing. It really shows people of all levels from just doing it for fun to completely getting their physical gender changed. It's a damn fine film. It's on Netflix instant watch.
